It's been almost 3 years since we launched the ShockStop Stem on Kickstarter, and today we're back where we started! We're thrilled to announce that the ShockStop Suspension Seatpost is available for pre-order now exclusively on Kickstarter! We think that this is our best product yet, and we need your help to spread the news.
The ShockStop Seatpost is a sleek suspension seatpost that smooths out rough terrain, letting you ride further, faster, and more comfortably. It's compatible with all types of riding: gravel, e-bike, commuter, road, and mountain. Whether you're out for an epic gravel adventure, or just dealing with potholes on your daily commute, the seatpost's 35mm of active travel isolates your body from bumps and impacts, letting you float smoothly over rough ground.

We are incredibly excited to announce that as of today, ALL KICKSTARTER ORDERS HAVE SHIPPED! It's been a long road getting here, but in a matter of days you will have your ShockStops in your hands, ready to start riding.
We've said this before, but we really cannot thank all of you enough for the incredible support that you've provided throughout this process, as well as your patience as we worked to make the ShockStop a reality. It truly would not have happened without you.
You should have already received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking email is generated as soon as we print the shipping label, so the tracking link may not become active for 1-2 days for US backers, and 2-3 days for international backers. There are a handful of backers who have not completed their BackerKit surveys, so if you did not receive a shipment confirmation email, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted out.

Fulfillment Has Begun!

You've waited a long time for this moment - fulfillment has officially begun! The replacement preload wedges arrived from the factory earlier this week, and we've been furiously re-assembling, re-packaging and boxing ShockStops.

The first units were picked up by USPS today, and we'll be working through backer orders roughly in the order they were received. We expect to ship all backer orders by December 9th, and you'll receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your ShockStop is boxed and ready for shipment. Please note that the tracking email is generated as soon as we print the shipping label, so the tracking link may not become active for 1-2 days for US backers, and 2-3 days for international backers.

International Backers
Please keep in mind that Kickstarter reward shipments qualify as commercial merchandise shipments, which are subject to import duties and/or VAT depending on your home country. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties required by your country's customs policies. We label the package with a value equal to your pledge amount (minus shipping) so that you can present your Kickstarter confirmation email as proof of value if necessary.
